JIBLink has changed the role of the Joint Venture Accountant. Our accountants are now able to spend their
time doing analysis and verifying charges instead of coding and keying on manual spreadsheets. It allows
my team to book 600+ invoices with almost 10,000 properties and providing detailed coding within the month

We have been on JIB link for just a few weeks now and I just wanted to let you know that not only is your
product great, but the customer service is just downright incredible. We hit the ground running and went
through the online tutorials and printed out hard copies of the manual, but in the beginning there are always
things a manual just can’t explain well. Each time I have called your customer service line I have never been
put on hold or had to leave a message, but rather the person that answered the line accessed our account and
walked us through the problem on the spot. I emailed one problem to JIB LINK instead of calling and within
10 minutes someone called me and walked me through the problem.
In comparison, on 06/28/07 I emailed a problem to a competitor of yours which hosts one of our outside operated
properties that isn’t on JIB LINK. The problem was simple in that I only needed to combine two accounts since
the operator had us set up as two separate entities. On 07/13/07 I finally received a reply from them, and
they didn’t even solve the problem but instead suggested a different way which didn’t work either.
Anyhow, keep up the great work and if anyone questions what kind of customer service a Canadian company could
provide to a U.S. customer that is thousands of miles away let me just say that your service is measured in
minutes and theirs in weeks.

JIBLink has been an excellent solution to our company’s desire to receive more joint interest billings
electronically. We have found JIBLink to be user-friendly, and it offers flexibility that other
electronic data interchanges we have used do not. From the first time we met with Red Dog Systems
about JIBLink, we have received excellent customer support. There is always someone available to answer
our questions or to walk us through a process so that we may utilize JIBLink to the fullest extent. As
with any new system, the first billing received through JIBLink requires an investment of initial set-up
time, but the subsequent billings are being processed in just a fraction of the time that they required
when they were being coded and keyed manually. The benefits of time saved and the ability to invest more
time in analyzing the data is well worth the set-up time. We are excited about JIBLink and we hope to
see more and more companies using JIBLink as well.

This morning I was unable to open my latest 3 files. When I got on the phone with Support, Dave
walked me very patiently through a clean up of my computer. I mentioned to Dave how useful JIB Link
has been for Wigham Resources Ltd. This is a private family company with working interests throughout
Alberta. By using JIB Link my wife and I have a great deal of flexibility in planning our travels,
and I can catch up on my invoices on our return home. To date I haven't bothered looking at my files
while we are away, but I certainly will do this in the future, thanks to the JIB Link system.

"JIBLink is something I have been excited about since it was first mentioned to me. We were one of
the first Wolfpac clients to get on board with it. To date we have several of our partners up on
JIBLink that we are able to download. The download process, although some what time consuming for
the first month has the ability to save my staff 6 hours of input time. This time savings comes
from only one JIB partner. Imagine the difference once everyone we get JIB's from are JIBLink clients....
This system has many benefits:
less time doing menial work represents cost savings for the organization
increased accuracy in the data (the fewer times it is handled the lower the probability of keying errors, etc.)
a greater sense of accomplishment for staff members as they will have more time to do value added tasks for the corporation.
While running the risk of repeating myself, I think that everyone in the industry should jump on
this opportunity to have staff performing more important tasks than simply coding and keying data

"I am really happy with JIBLink. There is some intial work in setting up a billing, but once that
is done most of your manual tasks are done. You never have to worry about not receiving the billings
because they got lost in the mail, writing dispute letters and short pay letters. Everything is

than coding. Questioning a JVB or short paying, your comments are always there. This makes it

"JIBLink is a very good product that is well thought out, flexible and easy to use. The idea of
electronically transferring information will create many opportunities for process improvements
within and between companies.
Our company has been on JIBLink for over a year now and we have been able to incorporate efficiencies
as a result. For instance, after the initial cross-referencing is done, JIBs could now be reviewed
online and then uploaded into our financial system reducing keying and freeing up time for more
analysis. Our largest JIB used to take over a day to key and analyze; now it can be done in less
than a half day. Companies are now able to receive JIBs electronically in a timelier manner and in
a standardized format. JIBLink should also increase communication between companies as JIB queries
or comments are sent electronically via an email notification, which should help clear up these
issues sooner.
Previous attempts to create electronic data interchanges were relatively inflexible and required
assistance from a technical IS person. With the Internet and all the new software technologies,
JIBLink can be maintained by a non-technical person therefore making it feasible for companies of
any size to use. JIBLink provides a great deal of flexibility in terms of cross-referencing and
coding. There are overrides in place that will allow companies to code out billings in any manner
they require.
I was very excited when first approached to try JIBLink. I thought the concept was great and it
provided the flexibility that was needed to make an electronic data interchange work. Red Dog Systems,
the company that developed and maintains JIBLink is very conscious of its client's needs and
requirements. They are open to ideas from clients to enhance JIBLink and continue to improve on
what they already have. To me JIBLink is a "no brainer", it is easy to use, flexible and will be
eventually used by most companies. In time paper copies of the joint interest billings will no
longer be sent and in fact some of the bigger companies already have stopped sending paper copies
of JIBs, saving on mailing costs and time."
